The estate known as Beppe Marino was founded in 1972 in the small village of Santo Stefano Belbo. The property is located between the Langhe and Monferrato zones of Piedmont, an area long prized for the production of Moscato d’Asti. The Marino family consisting of Beppe, his wife, Rosalba, and their son Mauricio cultivate vineyards at the top of the hills in Santo Stefano Belbo, Mango D’Alba, and Castelnuovo Calcea, all standing at nearly 400m above sea level.
The winery currently cultivates 13 hectares of vineyards scattered between these areas and produces exceptional bottlings of Muscat, Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato D'Asti and Freisa.
The cellar, which seamlessly blends traditional methods with thoughtful technology, and tasting rooms have been graciously relocated within a beautifully renovated convent in the village of Santo Stefano Belbo.
